About
The individuals I work with are the ones everybody else leans on. They answer the texts, keep the relationships running, show up at work like nothing's wrong, then sit in the car for ten minutes before they can walk through the door. They come worn down by anxiety, by a low hum of depression that never quite lifts, or by the quiet realization that they don't know who they are outside of what they do for everybody else. Together we slow it down, name the patterns underneath, and rebuild a sense of self that doesn't need anyone's approval to stay standing.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Supervisor, and Doctoral-Level Therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. I listen closely, tell the truth, and help you trace the patterns underneath: the people-pleasing, the overinvesting in everyone but yourself. Sessions are virtual, fitting into a full life.
If you've been telling yourself you'll deal with it once things slow down, things don't slow down. You don't need a crisis to justify getting support, and you don't need to show up with it all figured out. Come as you are: mid-mess, half a sentence in, unsure where to start. That's exactly where the work begins.
