1. What type of therapy do you offer?

I offer individual therapy only at this time, so our work can stay focused on you, your story, your patterns, and your pace.

2. What populations do you serve?

I serve adults only. Many of the adults she works with are the ones everyone else leans on, carrying a lot quietly while trying to hold it all together.

3. What types of concerns do you address?

You don't have to name it perfectly to reach out. I address a variety of concerns to support your mental health and well-being, including ADHD, anger management, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I also work with clients on family conflict, peer relationships, and relationship or couples issues. Additional areas of focus include coping skills, life coaching, life transitions, self-esteem, school issues, spirituality, stress, and women's issues. If your concern isn't listed here, reach out anyway; You don't need to have it all figured out to start.

4. What insurance do you all take?

I know insurance can be confusing, and you shouldn't be left guessing about cost. Please contact us for information on self-pay rates. If your sessions are covered under your insurance, we will notify you of your copay amount and how many sessions are available after you complete my insurance form before the initial session. Currently, we are working on getting certified by insurance companies in all the states in which I am licensed. Please check with me to make sure I am certified with your insurance company in your state.
